You Don’t Have to Face It Alone

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck.

Working with a qualified psychotherapist offers a space to talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.

Garth provides a calm, confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

Experienced, Compassionate, and Professional Support

Hi, I'm Garth

With over 26 years of experience supporting individuals through pastoral care and chaplaincy, Garth brings a depth of understanding, empathy, and care to his psychotherapy practice.

As an integrative psychotherapist, Garth adapts his approach to suit you — because no two people or experiences are the same.
